SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or country of residence. Any misuse of our products, including for illegal purposes or violations of copyright, will result in termination of our services.

Eligibility Criteria:

- The offer is applicable only upon full payment of the qualifying products. - Once the full payment is confirmed, the Assault Airbike Pro will be shipped separately, in case the ordered product is out of stock.
- This offer does not apply to 1P saunas.
- The Assault Airbike Pro is not eligible for free shipping or the $500 off pre-order discount.
- Customers who have already purchased pre-order stock and are awaiting shipment are ineligible for this offer, as they have already received a discount of $500 and free shipping.

Section 21 - 30-DAY AT HOME TRIAL

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your Revel Saunas product, you have the opportunity to request a return within 30 days of delivery. It's crucial to note that Revel Saunas' guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or accidents resulting from improper use, and adherence to the terms of our limited warranty is essential. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, with non-refundable shipping or White Glove delivery charges. Refunds will be processed between 14-28 days after the item is received back at our warehouse and checked by our team. To facilitate an expedited return process, it is advisable to retain the original packaging for up to 30 days after delivery. Revel Saunas reserves the right to refuse a return/refund and may charge additional restocking fees if necessary.

Eligibility and Exclusions: Revel Saunas outlines the eligibility criteria for the 30-day at-home trial. This includes customers who place orders from December 4th, 2023, making their first Revel Saunas purchase. However, customers who have previously canceled or returned a Revel Saunas order, or those making additional purchases by the same person or email address, or deliveries to the same household or shipping address, are not eligible for this trial. Eligibility is further limited to customers purchasing directly from https://revelsaunas.com.au/ and those who have never participated in a risk-free home trial. Exclusions encompass purchases made through retail partners, shipping and/or restocking fees, additional purchases after a cancellation or return, and multiple saunas per order or household, as well as those intended for commercial use.

PRE-ORDER TERMS

For items available for pre-order, they are expected to be dispatched in mid-November 2023. All deposits made for pre-orders are fully refundable.
$500 off Pre-Orders only available on Saunas & Ice baths above $2500 and not valid with heaters or attachments.
